HOW DOES PRICING WORK?

Room pricing is calculated per person and depends on how many individuals are staying in the room, not their role as a participant or spectator. The total occupancy determines the rate category. For instance, a room with four occupants—whether that includes three performers and one spectator or any other combination—would be billed at the quad rate for each person. Participants and spectators would then pay their respective quad rates.

Similarly, if three performers share a room, it is treated as a triple occupancy, and each individual would be charged the triple performer rate. All listed rates are per person.

Package Pricing

**Performer room assignments will be determined based on the occupancy preference selected after being accepted into the ensemble. Specific rooming details will be proided at a later date. Students may be paired with other students who select the same occupancy preference.**
